What is the first step to join Savvy Touch?
The first step is scheduling your 30-minute onboarding call with Savannah. During this call, we review your goals, current systems, farm area, and determine which Savvy Touch plan best fits your business. After your call, you’ll complete the Savvy Touch Subscription Form to customize your branding and marketing preferences.
What happens during onboarding?
We review your database location (Command or other CRM), tagging structure, farm area, branding, and timeline for your first send. You’ll leave with complete clarity on what is happening and when.
Do I need to move my database into Command?
If you are a Keller Williams agent, we strongly recommend operating inside Command to stay aligned with KW systems and compliance. If your database is currently elsewhere, Savannah personally assists with a clean, organized transfer including tagging and segmentation.
What is the difference between Standard and ELITE Savvy Touch?
Both Standard and ELITE are built on the same foundation: elevated, professionally designed marketing delivered consistently.

Standard Savvy Touch
With Standard, you are buying into a proven system.
You receive:
• Fully branded content aligned with your brand colors and logo
• Market-specific data and curated events
• Print + mail execution (if included in your plan)
• Email setup and reporting access
Standard clients agree to operate within the Savvy Touch template structure.
You do not fully customize layouts each month.
Instead, you receive our established, elevated designs, consistently executed.
Minor brand alignment (logo placement, primary brand colors, basic font alignment) is built in from the beginning, but ongoing monthly design changes are not included.
This option is ideal for agents who trust the system and want consistency handled without additional decisions or meetings.
ELITE Savvy Touch
ELITE includes everything in Standard, with added monthly collaboration and refinement.
In addition to elevated execution, ELITE includes:
• A 30-minute monthly customization meeting
• Live review before content is sent
• Font and color polishing adjustments
• Messaging shifts based on listings or farm strategy
• Strategic content alignment as your business evolves
ELITE allows you to polish and refine the system each month while still operating within the Savvy Touch framework.
It is not fully custom design from scratch, it is strategic refinement of a proven structure.
What is the difference between working with Savannah and working with Jordan?
Savannah oversees onboarding, database organization, tagging strategy, farm positioning, and overall marketing alignment within KW systems. She is also the one personally logging into your Command account each month to schedule and send your email content, ensuring accuracy and system integrity. Jordan focuses on monthly content refinement for ELITE clients, including newsletter and postcard review, font and color polishing, listing adjustments, and brand alignment within the Savvy Touch framework. This structure allows us to deliver consistent, elevated marketing while protecting timelines and maintaining a high standard of execution.
Newsletter
How is market data chosen?
Inside your signup form, you will provide the city, zip code, or specific area you want market data and events pulled from. This ensures your newsletter reflects your actual farm and positioning.
Can I customize my newsletter?
Yes. If you chose the ELITE option, you will meet with Jordan for a 30-minute customization session to refine fonts, colors, listings, and messaging.
How do I access reporting and open rates?
All reporting lives directly inside Command under the reporting tab. You will be able to view open rates, engagement, unsubscribes, and contact activity.
What if someone says they didn’t receive the email?
We review deliverability reports, bounce statuses, and tagging accuracy inside Command. We can also run test sends to confirm formatting and inbox placement.
Postcards & Print
Who designs the postcards?
Savvy Touch designs every postcard professionally and fully branded to you, including proper bleed, white space, indicia placement, compliance language, and elevated aesthetic standards.
Who handles printing and mailing?
Inside Command, printing and mailing are fulfilled through Command’s partnership with RealMailers, ensuring compliance, proper formatting, and streamlined execution. We manage the setup and coordination for you so everything is sent accurately and on schedule.
What if I’m unhappy with print quality?
The agent would need to address quality concerns directly with the vendor(Real Mailers). If you print independently, we are happy to review file setup and adjust before reordering.
How do I target a specific neighborhood?
Provide one specific address within the neighborhood and the number of homes you’d like mailed. We recommend selecting an address near the center of the neighborhood to establish a clean entry point for the mail route.
Frequency & Adjustments
Can I change how often content goes out?
Touch frequency is determined by your selected plan (12, 24, or 36 Touch). These plans are intentionally structured to maintain consistent, predictable visibility throughout the year.
Certain KW automated campaigns, such as Neighborhood Nurture, have system limitations inside Command. When adjustments are possible, we provide step-by-step tutorials. For advanced system modifications, we may direct you to KW support.
If you would like to add additional touches beyond your current plan, you are always welcome to email, text, or schedule a strategy call to discuss a customized touch plan. We’re happy to build something that aligns with your growth goals and visibility strategy.
Can I change my farm area later?
Yes. Just notify us before the next content cycle so we can update targeting and market data accordingly.
Communication & Timing
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within two business days. ELITE clients receive monthly customization meetings.
What if I need something expedited?
If you have an event, listing launch, or deadline (such as Family Reunion), let us know as early as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate advance notice requests.
Billing & Commitment
Is there a contract?
Savvy Touch operates on a subscription model with a 30-day cancellation notice. There are no long-term lock-ins. You stay because it works.
