1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Realty Rundown's website (therealtyrundown.co) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans: Base Builder: $49.99/month Market Mover: $99.99/month Elite Agent: $139.99/month
Each plan provides different levels of service as described on our website. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable.
3. Payment and Billing
Payment Information: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged monthly on the same date you signed up and are non-refundable. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: When a cancellation request is submitted, the subscription will remain active for an additional 30 days. During this period, the client will be billed for one final month, and the last newsletter will be delivered according to the regular distribution timeline. The subscription and billing will officially end after the 30-day period. To cancel your subscription please email [email protected]. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months.
5. Content Delivery and Updates
Update Deadline: Please submit any updates by the 15th of each month.
Template Delivery: You’ll receive your customized eNewsletter between the 21st - 23rd of each month.
6. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when signing up and during the subscription period. Content Usage: You may use the content provided only for your professional use. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of content is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including templates and newsletters, provided by The Realty Rundown is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Realty Rundown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
